The Invitation

Sony have released a trailer for vampire film The Invitation (formerly The Bride) starring Game of Thrones' Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei).

It's present day supernatural horror rather than sci-fi but looks to be something at least a little bit fresh in the well populated and rarely original vampire genre.

Avatar Reckoning Delayed

A new mostly cinematic trailer has dropped for free-to-play mobile massively online roleplaying game / shooter Avatar: Reckoning.

Just announced at the beginning of this year and expected to release before its end, it is now slated for 2023.

Last week South Korea launched their first fully independently engineered and built rocket called Nuri, a major milestone for their nation.

This morning at 12:00 AM ACST, The Northern Territory's Arnhem Space Centre conducted Australia's first commercial space launch with a NASA built rocket.

Most of the entertainment majors now offer some form of financial support for staff to travel interstate to access abortions.

Nathan on Joss

Following accusations of toxic workplace behaviour from multiple actors he has worked with on different sets, Joss Whedon stepped away from heading Victorian era sci-fi series The Nevers and has been treated as radioactive since.

In a recent interview Nathan Fillion shared that he would be willing to work with Joss again.
