Warner Bros. have released a trailer for their upcoming animated film, Green Lantern: Beware My Power.

"Beware my power" is feistier language than we typically hear from hero types but derives from the standard Green Lantern oath.

In brightest day, in blackest night,

No evil shall escape my sight.

Let those who worship evil’s might

Beware my power, Green Lantern’s light!

Right then.

We have watched several of the animated DC films and this looks like standard fare probably intended more for DC fans and / or kids than the average viewer.

Green Lantern: Beware My Power will release direct to dvd / digital on July 26.
