Earlier this week, Adult Swim released an official trailer for the new animated series, Blade Runner: Black Lotus.

We commented on an earlier trailer and thought this looked like it could be worth watching. If it were possible to watch in Australia which it didn't appear to be.

This trailer also impresses.

Releasing on November 14 elsewhere, JustWatch confirm that it isn't available to stream locally.

Along with the trailer, Adult Swim released a 7 minute behind the scenes documentary on YouTube which begins with the impact which the original Blade Runner film had on anime, visually.

Executive Producer Joseph Chou reveals that he had been wanting to make a Blade Runner series for about 15 years.

Response was so positive to their work on anime short, Blade Runner 2049: Blackout, that it paved the way for this title.

We'll continue to keep an eye on this one and let you know if it makes it to our shores.
