Since a March production schedule listed "Daredevil Reboot" the long anticipated and widely rumoured series was regarded as in the works.

Officially it still isn't but Covert Affairs creators Matt Corman and Chris Ord have been engaged to write and executive produce the new Daredevil for Disney+.

Former Daredevil star Charlie Cox had previously hinted what many Marvel fans would expect - that a new Daredevil might be the same character but from an alternate Earth.

Go multiverse!

The earlier originally Netflix Daredevil series is available to stream now on Disney+.
