Warner Bros. have released another The Matrix Resurrections trailer.

We are enjoying the trailers and looking forward to the film but at this rate there might not be anything left to see.

However, the film might not be all that's coming.

Epic Games also released a short teaser of a moderately realistically animated Keanu Reeves asking us:

How do we know what is real?

Then there's an invitation to The Matrix Awakens: An Unreal Engine 5 Experience.

Get ready for a glimpse into the future of interactive storytelling and entertainment with UE5. 

All will be revealed at The Game Awards, coming December 9, 2021.

Seemingly they're not just flogging $50 virtual Matrix avatars NFTs (non-fungible tokens aka not real merchandise).

This might be Epic's next big attempted step into their metaverse, i.e. something akin to the Matrix in the films but rather than being plugged into a giant computer and milked for electricity, they'll be wanting you to buy lots of digital goodies.
