Marvel is a reliable studio. Their films are consistently at least good and frequently excellent. 

Early impressions for Eternals are unsurprisingly positive.

Media are also widely reporting star Angelina Jolie as having attended the premiere with her children.

Jolie and children have been in the news a lot over the past few years.

Her custody battle with Brad Pitt continues which includes claims of domestic violence. One claim - about an alleged incident on a private jet flight - appears to have been disproved by FAA audio recordings.

Then there's the Vanity Fair interview which revealed that she had employed questionable auditioning techniques with young children for her film, First They Killed My Father.

On the big screen all we've seen of Jolie in the past decade has been in the Maleficent films.

Regardless of what you think of her or these incidents, it is unfortunate that her only entertainment presence has been as Disney's resident wicked witch. 

An heroic role like this isn't likely to change her circumstances beyond boosting her bank balance, but perhaps it will prevent random people from eg. throwing buckets of water at her.
