In gaming this week we've had Star Trek: Resurgence, Star Wars Eclipse and Starfield.
What's missing? Stargate? Actually no, but they snuck in under the radar by not flaunting themselves at The Game Awards and instead just releasing a gameplay trailer and opening the Steam page for the upcoming Stargate: Timekeepers.
TV Guide Magazine’s Sci-Fi & Fantasy Special Collector’s Issue includes an exclusive interview with The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke. TV Insider have published an excerpt.
In it he admits to shock at the show's emmy nomination for best drama.
Bethesda's space roleplaying game Starfield now has a Steam page.
With almost a year to go until launch, that might not seem significant and even those eager to play it likely won't be excited by this. But it is noteworthy.
Almost a year ago, The Expanse's showrunner Naren Shankar hinted that there could be more Expanse after the TV show finished.
But he offered no detail.
Among the plethora of trailers and reveals at this year's The Game Awards was a new Star Wars game, Eclipse.
The trailer has all the trappings of Star Wars as you'd expect but that's easy. Whether it will capture its soul is something we might not know for 3-4 years.
Disney have released another trailer for The Book of Boba Fett, titled The Return.
There's a bit of new footage but no new details.
