This week galactic RPG Starfield is finally released, studio confirms Dune 2 delayed until 2024 but director Villeneuve is already talking about Dune 3, and overlooked eco-thriller The Swarm.
The Australian Classification board has rated Bethesda's upcoming NASA punk action roleplaying game Starfield, R18+ for "high impact" drug use.
Australia is world renowned for video gaming classification strictness and this decision would appear in line with previous ones but we reckon this game is a special case.

Action roleplaying game Starfield was previously scheduled to release last year (11/11/2022) then bumped to the first half of this year - which is approaching half over and packed with other major releases.
Many were expecting its release date to be revealed in a promised developer deep dive, but this morning Bethesda dropped a release date reveal trailer - September 6.
This our speculation rather than commentary on someone else's and it's a bit on the wild side.
During their inaugural Developer_Direct livestream, Microsoft revealed a new title Hi-Fi Rush which they released just a few hours later. Might Starfield also have a surprise release?
Apart from one brief advertisement, Microsoft was conspicuously absent from December's The Game Awards ceremony, which is one of the main venues for major game announcements and trailer reveals.
Seems they're doing their own thing - a new Microsoft games livestream they've called Developer_Direct. The first will take place on January 26 at 9 a.m. (AEDT).
