A first look at the Futurama revival has been released along with a premiere date.

This is the second time the series has been brought back from re-run oblivion, having first screened in 1999 on Fox for four seasons before being cancelled and later picked up by Comedy Central.

The revival picks up where the previous seasons left off and all of the core voice cast have returned. The studio has assured newcomers that they’ll be able to pick the series up from here, but have also promised long-time fans that key plot points from previous seasons will also be resolved.

The new season will have 10 episodes, although Hulu has commissioned 20 episodes so an additional series is likely.

Futurama premieres (again) on Hulu July 24. Outside the US you’re most likely to see the show on Disney+.
