This week in sci-fi Raymond is joined by guest opinionista Sydney Science Fiction Film Festival director Simon Foster and we take a look at what's coming to Australian screens in December, as well as a major new plot twist for Moonfall and a Star Trek docu-series that airs the franchise's dirty laundry.
The Expanse was an excellent television series and possibly many of its fans are still holding out hope of continuation. It did come back from the dead once, saved by big fan of the show Jeff Bezos and brought to Amazon after being cancelled by Syfy.
Instead of another return it's getting the comic book treatment with issue one of a twelve part series being published in April.

This year's Hugo Awards for science fiction and fantasy have been announced. Primarily for books they include categories for short and long form dramatic presentations.
With The Expanse winning the former for its season five finale Nemesis Games - it's second win out of five nominations - and Dune the latter.

Amazon have released a trailer for The Expanse season 6.
It looks like conflict has erupted and there's lots of exciting space combat, but the voiceover dialog makes it clear that most of our key players want peace.
