Marvel’s X-Men: The Animated Series makes a return this month, over 20 years since it last went to air.

During the San Diego Comic-Con Marvel gave their revival of the 1990's animated X-Men series a Spring (Oz) 2023 release date.

Attendees were also treated to a brief clip of Magneto introducing himself as the new leader of the X-Men.

Marvel Studios Canada reportedly published and then deleted a short video showing Patrick Stewart as X-Men's Charles Xavier in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.

Which was copied and restreamed by other accounts before deletion.

SyFy Wire reports that Disney are rebooting the 90s animated X-Men series.

But the good kind of reboot. Continuation rather than a do-over.
