If you've ever watched any sci-fi made in the past several decades, and also watched the credits roll, you might recognise the names "Michael Okuda" and "Denise Okuda".
They have both worked extensively as scenic artists in sci-fi and especially in Star Trek. Michael has earned more Star Trek screen credits than anyone except for its creator, Gene Roddenberry.

Paramount has announced that Prodidgy will get a second season.
Ambiguous language in the description of the original deal was generally interpreted to mean it was initially being developed for 2 seasons of 10 episodes each.
