Paramount have released a curious poster for upcoming series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, with someone on horseback and the Enterprise hovering above.

Captain Archer kept a beagle on board. Will Pike one-up him and keep a horse?

Picard Pics

Star Trek: Picard may be wrapping up after season 3, but in the interim it's business as usual and StarTrek.com have released a dozen new pictures promoting season 2.

There's no big reveals and several appear familar from scenes shown in their recent trailer but some look new.

Picard No More

In an interview with SFX Magazine, as reported by SlashFilm, Patrick Stewart has confirmed that season 3 will be Star Trek: Picard's last.

This is possibly not surprising.

Picard Season 2 Trailer

Paramount have released the official trailer for season 2 of Picard, just a few days after announcing its premiere date (March 3).

We would say that it looks like they're trying to revisit one of The Next Generation's high points - its eloquent and poignant time jumping finale - except for the presence of Guinan.

Paramount have announced renewals for Star Trek's DiscoveryStrange New Worlds and Lower Decks.

Also premiere dates for Picard (March 3) and Strange New Worlds (May 5).

Discovery on Top

Paramount have released a list of their top shows in various categories and Star Trek: Discovery was their number one watched original.

It has to be said that Paramount don't have alot of ongoing originals so it's a small pile to be on top of.

Paramount Reach Out

After Star Trek: Discovery unexpectedly vanished from Netflix recently just before season 4 was due to release, many viewers might have checked the Paramount+ listings in Australia, seen that Discovery wasn't there, and not thought to check again.

Then promptly proceeded to pirate it.

Discovery Recovery

Following their recent surprise exit from Netflix and complete absence from any streaming service in much of the world, Paramount have announced that beginning November 26 Star Trek: Discovery season 4 will stream globally on Paramount+ where that is available.

We have Paramount+ in Australia so it should release this evening.
