A release date has finally been announced for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora along with a trailer.

The action-adventure game is set after the events of the first Avatar movie, in the as yet unseen western frontier of Pandora.

The playable character is torn between two worlds – born Na’vi but raised as a human by the RDA. The first-person, open-world format allows players the opportunity to reconnect with their Na’vi heritage, although you’ll be able to choose between both human and Na’vi weapons.

By fighting back against the RDA players will begin to heal Pandora’s environment which will unlock new resources.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is scheduled for release December 7 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Amazon Luna and PC through Ubisoft Connect.
