With the third Guardians of the Galaxy movie hitting cinemas next week Marvel aren’t taking any chances anyone might miss it, dropping a wave of trailers and clips over the last week.

They’re all cute rather than substantive but give a feel for the film’s tone.

First reactions seem to be positive, with those lucky enough to have seen previews reporting that the trilogy has been bought to a satisfying end.

Given director James Gunn’s defection to DC Studios it’s thought this will be the last Guardians movie, at least with the current cast.

Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 releases in Australian cinemas May 4.
