A trailer was released for grand strategy game Star Trek: Infinite on Picard Day, June 16th.

Set in the next generation era, the game allows players to take control of one of the alpha quadrant’s four major powers: the Federation, Romulan Empire, Cardassian Union or Klingon Empire.

Each has its own traits, stories and quests.

Players can send fleets to explore uncharted regions, maintain their economy and manage diplomatic relations with the other powers. And, if it comes to it, wage war.

Star Trek: Infinite is expected to be released Q4 this year, with PC the only confirmed platform.
