Team-based RPG game Star Trek: Legends has been released for PC.

Originally launched as a mobile game on Apple Arcade, Legends allows players to pick a Star Trek character from right across the franchise timeline. Having Captain Kirk fighting alongside Picard, Sisko or Burnham is apparently made possible by the Nexus, the time-bending phenomenon seen in Star Trek: Generations.

There’s also a full lineup of villains to choose from, including Khan, Q and the Borg Queen. Even variants of the same character are available so that players can choose Next-Gen Picard or the older admiral from the most recent series. Each character has at least three distinct skills.

The PC version includes new features and updates including expanded missions, improved combat and a customisable bridge for the USS Artemis, where the game is based.

Star Trek: Legends is available now for PC via Steam.
