Another Life won't get another season.

Star Katee Sackhoff revealed the news via a tweet.

I’d like to thank everyone single person who watched & supported Another Life on netflix To our crew & cast thank you for always working so hard & being prepared. I wish we could do more seasons but sadly it’s just not in the cards See you on the next adventure. Love Niko

While we would have watched a third season we're not especially surprised or disappointed by the cancellation.

The show was good for what it was - soap opera with a sci-fi setting - and had a good spirit and great special effects.

But the sci element was routinely absurd to the point that it arguably wasn't sci-fi.

Seasons 1 and 2 of Another Life can be seen on Netflix.
