We occasionally bemoan the practice of dropping teasers or trailers for a new series or film every day or thereabouts. It's exhausting.

But quality is queen and the second Resident Evil teaser from Netflix is perfect. So just applause from us today.

The first teaser showcased the high production values but didn't give any sense of the show's character. This one does.

No spoilers. Watch it for yourself.

If the series is this good, rather than this just being an expertly cut teaser, then Netflix may have another winner on the way.

Resident Evil releases on Netflix on July 14.
