No. Resurgence is just the title of a new game they've revealed with an accompanying trailer, but maybe it was named in hope of just such a recovery.
Title sums up the story succinctly.
That said, most people are probably aware of cryptocurrencies but possibly not NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
They're a cousin of cryptocurrencies but instead of being a unit of currency, each represents an individual asset - which may be real or digital.
