The Man Who Fell

Among the few of titles of interest to us on Paramount+ is Showtime's The Man Who Fell to Earth, which we've been watching and generally enjoying.

But its most recent episode Under Pressure gave us pause, again. Warning - this post contains spoilers.

The Man Who Fell Peek

Showtime have released the first five minutes of upcoming series The Man Who Fell to Earth and it's rather good.

It serves as a broad but solid introduction to the main character and is ripe with promise for a great story.

The Man Who Fell to Earth

Showtime have released a trailer for their upcoming series The Man Who Fell to Earth.

Good news for anyone suffering from reboot fatigue. This is a continuation of the story of the 1976 David Bowie film with Bill Nighy playing that now older alien and joined by another alien played by Chiwetel Ejiofor.

US Paramount Bundling

Paramount+ and Showtime are both owned by the same parent company but in the US are separate services. There they've announced a combined $12 a month bundle or $15 without advertisements.

Here in Australia, Showtime content had been with Stan but moved across to Paramount+ after that service launched.

After Yang

After Yang, last year's winner of the Alfred P Sloan prize (science or technology theme) at the Sundance Film Festival, has been given a (US) cinema and streaming release date of March 4 on Showtime, and a trailer.

We can't find any sign of it coming to Australian cinemas yet or any word of it on streaming services, but Paramount+ is where we'd look first for Showtime content.
