Ahead of its release on the streaming service, Netflix have published a full episode of anthology series Love, Death & Robots.

Titled 3 Robots: Exit Strategies, it features three robots we've seen previously as they play tourist on a post-human Earth.

There are some good laughs to be had.

Recently we found time to watch the first two seasons and they lived up to the hype.

Our strong preference is a 10 season, 26 episode per season sci-fi bonanza - that's a shout-out to Stargate: SG1 - so we didn't see enormous appeal in an anthology series of 10 minute throwaways.

But we were pleasantly surprised not only by the originality and quality of stories but also by their ability to make you care about a character in such a short space of time.

Who you'll never see again.

Mostly. There are some exceptions like these three robots.

Season 3 of Love, Death & Robots releases on Netflix on May 20.
