Roland Emmerich's space disaster epic Moonfall lands in cinemas this week and to prepare the way Lionsgate have released two new short clips and a featurette.

The clips are just short snippets from the film - one of them shortly after taking off and another entering the moon.

They're decent but not raveworthy.

The NASA featurette isn't actually anyone from NASA.

Rather it's the director and cast saying that NASA was involved and that the film tries to be as realistic as possible.

Ealier this month they also released the official trailer which is amusing, though we expect more comedic in tone than the rest of the film.

Moonfall releases in Australian cinemas on February 3.
