After giving us the first three minutes of The Umbrella Academy's first season three episode yesterday as a sneak peak, Netflix have released a narrated three minute combined recap of earlier seasons and also teaser for what's coming.

They had previously released a typical narration free recap a few weeks ago.

What's with this one?

You might recall that Netflix made a minor whoopsie during Geeked Week and failed to publish The Umbrella Academy trailer to their main YouTube account.

Such trailers drive news content and that omission would have cost them a lot of free promotion.

Perhaps this narrated recap / teaser is an attempt to recover.

Or maybe it's a new thing Netflix are doing.

We popped on over to their fandom building site Tudum and there is also an extended The Umbrella Academy guide associated with this video.
