SYFY have dropped a trailer for sci-fi comedy Resident Alien's season two part two.

Season two so far feels not quite as good as one but is still comfortably in the good zone. We recommend it.

This is a series we've been aware of for a long time but never got around to watching until recently.

Binged first season on Stan but then had to switch to Nine Now to see the second.

Here's a thing we learned binge-watching a show on a free-to-air streaming service.

The bloody ads don't change.

What we had thought (until now) to be the final season 2 episode did feel unresolved but we were really happy not to have watch those same few ads again.

And called it a day.

Won't be repeating that mistake.

The second half of Resident Alien is scheduled to begin releasing weekly on August 10 in the US.

The first half was fast-tracked and made it downunder just one day later so we expect the same of the second.

Season one of Resident Alien is available to stream now on Stan.

Season one and the first half of season two of Resident Alien are available to stream now (with ads) on Nine Now.
