Lower Decks Date

We previously reported the Star Trek: Lower Decks premiere date as August 25 on Prime Video, relying on StarTrek.com who normally detail variations.

For whatever reason the Prime Video premiere date is now being reported as the 26th, which here should be 10am AEST.

Marvel's animated anthology series What If...? has been renewed for a third season.

Our view being that Marvel is totally overdoing the multiverse we've only watched about half of the first season.

X-Men 97 Spring 23

During the San Diego Comic-Con Marvel gave their revival of the 1990's animated X-Men series a Spring (Oz) 2023 release date.

Attendees were also treated to a brief clip of Magneto introducing himself as the new leader of the X-Men.

Lightyear at Lightspeed

Pixar animated comedy Lightyear which premiered in cinemas on June 17 is coming to streaming service Disney+ at lightspeed, touching down on August 3.

Just as Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness which began streaming on June 22 after its May 6 cinema release.

The Art of Farzar

Netflix have bestowed an exclusive clip on IGN for their upcoming adult animated comedy series Farzar.

Our luke-warm impression of the series has varied by clip and trailer, though we enjoyed this scene of two-headed character Mal & Val arguing over what constitutes appropriate learning for young children.

Set in New Sydney with a proverbial accidental hero mutant main character called Franga.

Farzar Clip

Our estimation of Netflix's soon to release "outrageous sci-fi comedy" Farzar continues to evolve.

Farzar's synopsis seemed right up our space alley. Its trailer of wall to wall sex gags just too much sex. And now this new almost sex-free clip a little aimless.
