New co-CEO's of DC Studios James Gunn and Peter Safran have finally begun unveiling their precise plans for DC with five each film and television projects.
Also giving the Robert Pattinson The Batman - Part II film an October 2025 cinematic release date.
James Gunn presently straddles the Marvel and DC divide, like no other has before or probably will ever again.
Completing work on the final in the impressively and gloriously popular Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy and being newly installed as co-chairman and co-CEO of DC Studios with Peter Safran.

The Hollywood Reporter claims that newly appointed DC studio heads James Gunn and Peter Safran are preparing to draw a line in the sand and end planned sequels to most recent DC films.
Including Wonder Woman, Superman and Aquaman, but not Robert Pattinson's Batman.
Marvel have released the trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3.
While more Guardians films might be made, this will be James Gunn's final Marvel film - he's in the captain's chair over at DC now - and probably also the end for this group of characters.
