HBO have released a trailer for their upcoming six part series, The Time Traveler's Wife.

We've neither read the book which the trailer tells us is a best-seller nor seen the 2009 film, but it seems like this fellow (Theo James) randomly boops about in time, minus clothing. And he has a wife (Rose Leslie).

Also detailed in the trailer is that it's by the executive producer of Doctor Who and Sherlock - Stephen Moffat - though without naming him.

Sherlock and Moffat's seasons of Doctor Who are regarded by some as possibly a bit too cerebral.

We wouldn't have expected to see him attached to a romance title but maybe he's trying to demonstrate greater range.

Are we saying romances are the opposite of cerebral?

Yes.

Releasing in May on HBO in the US, we would expect to see The Time Traveler's Wife in Australia on Binge then or soon after.
