Wakanda Forever

With Marvel's second Black Panther film, Wakanda Forever, releasing in cinemas this week, there has been the typical trickle of teasers - Remember, Namor, Lift Me Up, One Week, Live.

Including a typical amount of repetition in their content. Regardless they are superb.

In several scenes we can see that the next Black Panther is definitely a woman. See image here.

The MCU's gender scales could be more balanced so that's a plus.

Though with Disney having previously weaponised diversity to defend poor content, i.e. Star Wars, no simple proposition.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe's phase four has almost certainly been their weakest.

In July they shortened it by five films and several series to end here.

Fingers crossed that Wakanda Forever is phase four going out on a high note.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever premieres in Australian cinemas on November 10.
