Stranger Things stars Sadie Sink and Gaten Matarazzo have arrived in Sydney to promote the season 4 premiere at an exclusive fan event at Sydney's Luna Park on June 4.

Perhaps the recent giant tentacled thing on Bondi Beach wasn't just a randomly chosen location?

If you're a Sydneysider and a Stranger Things fan you might want to curb your excitement though.

This Luna Park event is being described as "exclusive" and with tickets having been disseminated via limited giveaways.

Likely there'll be footage of the event which we'll keep an eye out for.

The first volume of season 4 of Stranger Things is available now on Netflix with the second volume releasing on July 1.
