Warhammer 40K: Darktide

First impression after watching the cinematic trailer - this title sees you as some kind of anti-hero criminal type called upon as a last desperate measure in a conflict.

Rejects will rise

Upon checking that seems to be right and this game to be Warhammer's answer to Borderlands, i.e. a co-operative shooter looter where:

Your role is to serve the zealous Inquisition by embarking on missions to exterminate the threats lurking in the depths of the hive city, or die trying.

Telling the Inquisition to go hang isn't an option?

Warhammer 40K: Darktide releases on PC and Xbox on September 14.

Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters

They've dropped an accolades trailer, i.e. a roundup of nice things people have said about the game and a "developer update" which is just some guy telling us they love that players love the game.

And here's a new free item - the Ward Osseus.

Warhammer 40K: Shootas, Blood, and Teef

We're familiar with Warhammer titles as primarily real time strategy games, with an occasional shooter or roleplaying game.

Now they've regressed to this two dimensional sidescroller.

Not sure it's where we'd have taken the franchise but we see a surprising number of 2D sidescrollers still being developed and presumably played.

So maybe there's a market for this.

Warhammer 40K: Shootas, Blood, and Teef releases on October 20 on PC, Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo Switch.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2

An official developer update trailer was dropped for Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 in which they say that they didn't just want to make a first person shooter.

They want to embody the galactic warfare of the franchise.

We don't see any new gameplay.

Just hear the promise that the game is even better than the previously revealed gameplay.

Warhammer 40K: Warpforge

A reveal trailer was made available for a new tactical card game Warhammer 40K: Warpforge which will release on PC in 2023.

Warhammer 40K: Boltgun

Going oldschool again, this trailer begins with someone unboxing some Warhammer figurines and then pulling out a computer disk labeled Warhammer 40K: Boltgun.

Before rolling into what appears to be a 90s style shooter.

Is anyone really nostalgic for poor graphics?

If so Warhammer 40K: Boltgun might be just what they're after when it releases in 2023 on PC, Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo Switch.

Warhammer 40k: Inquisitor

Isometric roleplaying game Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor - Martyr which launched in 2018 is getting some "next gen" graphical upgrades.

Showcased in a trailer.

Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader

From the title you might guess this one to be a trade focused strategy game but the trailer tells a different story, describing this as:

The first classic crpg in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

Most of the trailer is animated but there's a few brief glimpses of what looks to be top-down Baldur's Gate style "classic" rpg'ness.

Owlcat’s RPG will see you take on the role of a Rogue Trader, a privateer with their own merchant empire and voidship to sail amongst the stars and warp. In a journey through the unexplored Koronus Expanse, you’ll gather a party of companions to explore and do battle with.

Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader doesn't have a release date but the developers are selling pre-order founder packs now on their website.
