HBO have produced a season one to three recap for Westworld as we near season 4's premiere.

Having not watched it for some time we found May's season 4 teaser a bit baffling.

Since then we managed to make time to rewatch the earlier seasons so going into this recap thought ourselves in a good position to judge it.

After not so much.

Maybe this recap covers all the key notes necessary to grasp season 4's story but so densely packed is this series that we feel like it failed to do it justice.

If you're a fan and have time to rewatch that may be worth the effort.

Season 4 of Westworld premieres on Binge on June 27.
