"Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to stream “Halo” through an exclusive offer of Paramount+ for 30 days free via Perks, available to claim starting on March 23."

While this offer is communicated via the Xbox US site, there's no talk of regional qualifiers and Halo is releasing globally on Paramount+ where it's available, eg. Australia.

Note that the offer is only for 30 days and the series will run longer than that, finishing on May 19.
