Today Sony livestreamed their latest State of Play which included trailers for eight sci-fi titles. Listed below.
But we'll take a closer look at two of particular interest - a newly revealed Foundation (Asimov) VR2 game and upcoming action roleplaying antihero title, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League.
Though not official at this stage, IGN claims multiple sources tell them that all three of the major console developers - Xbox, Sony and Nintendo - intend to skip this year's E3 (Electronics Entertainment Expo).
Sony last attended in 2018 and it's not clear whether the withdrawal of the other big two is due to event management problems or continuation of a trend towards big developers doing their own thing.

Following recent rumours of a partnership between Sony and Korean online game developer NCSoft to create an MMORPG (massively multiplayer online roleplaying game) in the Horizons universe, Horizons developer Guerilla Entertainment has confirmed that an online game is being made, but speak of an internal team.

If The Boys and Invincible aren't enough to satisfy your superhero itch on Prime Video, Sony have struck a deal with Amazon to develop series based on Marvel characters in their stable of over 900 characters.
The first will be a Spider-Man spinoff Silk: Spider Society with The Walking Dead's Angela Kang as showrunner.

PlayStation's stable of games in the robo-dinosaur action roleplaying Horizon franchise will expand on February 22 with the addition of their VR2 title Horizon Call of the Mountain.
