Marking the 20th anniversary of the launch of Halo: Combat Evolved on the Xbox, Microsoft dropped a surprise launch of Halo: Infinite's multiplayer today, ahead of the launch of the single-player campaign on December 8 and with it a dedicated trailer.

Starting on November 16, online sci-fi shooter / RPG Warframe is running a special event, Prime Resurgence, allowing players to unlock 2 Prime Warframes per week through to January 18 for a total of 18.

THQ Nordic have announced a March 1 2022 release date for their futuristic post apocalyptic RPG Elex 2 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X.
They describe it as "science-fantasy". Players have the choice of medieval or advanced technological weaponry and also magic (like) or psionic abilities.

Popular sci-fi shooter Borderlands 2 has re-released one of its DLC, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep, as a standalone title on PC, PS4 and XBox One.
Costing $14.95 (Oz), it's also free until November 17 (Oz) on the Epic Games Store.
