Maybe sci-fi desert survival game Starsand entered early release today on Steam.
Survival games are plentiful but this one's potentially interesting for tapping into both Stargate and Dune for inspiration, neither of which has had any major success in the gaming world.

Subnautica is a rarity in the gaming world.
While Unknown Worlds had previously made Natural Selection 1 & 2 which were typical combat games with the usual assorted weaponry, Subnautica was developed without them.
DC recently held this year's DC Fandome virtual event and among other things, released new trailers for many of their upcoming films, tv shows and games.

Indie developer S2 Games has announced a new sci-fi survival sim with a YouTube trailer, Lost Away.
Visually it seems to draw inspiration from Avatar. The creature featured in the trailer sports Avatar like wavy tentacles, there's lots of night-time bioluminescence and a smattering of floating rocks.
