For All Four

A Chinese laboratory has showcased a new holographic laser which can strip electrons from air molecules to create light.

This differs from other lasers which require some medium in the air like dust or clouds.

Disney Needs a Doctor

Bloomberg reports that Disney is seeking to acquire streaming rights to the next season of Doctor Who.

Should an agreement be reached it would air in the UK on the BBC and also stream on Disney+ globally.

Paramount have released a trailer for their upcoming my-dad's-a-secret-superhero film Secret Headquarters.

While hanging out after school, Charlie and his friends discover the headquarters of the world’s most powerful superhero hidden beneath his home. When villains attack, they must team up to defend the headquarters and save the world.

Avatar Delayed

Ubisoft have delayed open world action adventure game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and are now aiming for a 2023-24 launch.

While such delays in gaming are common, just two months ago they announced it would launch in the final quarter of this year which would have coincided with the Avatar film.

Blocks Block Blockchain

Mojang, developers of online block building game Minecraft which is the world's best-selling video game, have issued a statement clarifying their stance on NFTs (non-fungible tokens).

While their statement notes the possibility of this changing in the future, right now it is a very firm "no".
